This film is about the account of Felipe Pugoy, a disturbed prisoner who, with his posse, affected a prisoner emergency in a Davao City jail that prompted to 21 passings (5 prisoners and 16 detainees, including Pugoy) in 1989. Among them were a meeting Australian female preacher with the zealous Joyful Assembly of God.
